Mr. Johnson assists clients with SARA Title III Toxic Release Inventory (TRI) and Tier II reporting, emergency response planning, Spill Prevention Control and Countermeasure (SPCC) planning, developing best management practices plans required by stormwater and wastewater permits, Toxic Substances Control Act reporting, hazardous waste compliance. He also supports other field operations pertaining to regulatory compliance activities, acquisition / divestiture property assessments, vapor assessments, soil and groundwater sampling, stormwater monitoring, and surface water sampling.

 

Mr. Johnson has a Bachelor’s degree in Sustainability with a track in Societal and Urban Systems from the University of Louisville. Also, from the University of Louisville, he has completed a Certification in Applied Geospatial Technologies. Mr. Johnson brings a wide skill-set he has acquired while serving as an Avionics Technician in the Kentucky Air National Guard.
