La Posta de
Mesilla restaurant is located in the town of Las Cruces and
features food and atmosphere that can transport you to a different
country. The restaurant is expansive with many small rooms
that you can almost get lost.
Despite the plentiful seating, La Posta is popular
with tourists and locals alike so that there may be a short waiting
time for an available table, in which case you can hang out with
the macaws at the front of the restaurant.
